During his years in the industry as a broker and channel partner, Modi frequently encountered investors who wanted to enter the real estate market but were unable to do so because of large ticket sizes and limited access to trustworthy opportunities.
Jetblack aims to solve this problem by creating a network where investors can come together and participate in selected opportunities through professionally structured models. Depending on the opportunity, participation may take place through LLPs, SPVs, co-ownership structures, or investment pools.
The concept reflects a broader shift toward collaborative investing, where investors seek not only opportunities but also access to a community and a more organized investment process.
Currently operating in its founding membership phase, Jetblack is selectively onboarding members and expanding its investor network.
In addition to building the platform, Bhavya Modi actively shares educational content through Instagram, covering topics such as property investment, land acquisition, ownership structures, market trends, and investor education.
As real estate investing continues to evolve, ventures like Jetblack are introducing a model that combines accessibility, collaboration, and structure for modern investors.
