A major turning point came when he saved ₹7000 to buy a mobile phone from a second-hand marketplace. Unfortunately, he was cheated and received a fake product. That moment was painful and emotional for him. But instead of giving up, he asked himself a powerful question: “Who protects people like us from fraud?”
This question became the foundation of ZuppiBuy.
